Marinaded Pork Chops

My husband bought a lot of pork chops at Sams Club and invited my parents over for a lunch on a Sunday afternoon.

Step One: The Marinade
Pour 1 cup of red wine into food saver bag, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Seal bag. Let it marinade for a day and you have tender pork chop or even up to two days would be good too!

Step two: The Sauce:
Half a cup of red wine, minced garlic, butter, lemon juice, tomato juice/sauce that in canned tomatoes. Saute garlic in butter, when it begins to bubble, add red wine and tomato juice (as much as you want of any ingredients listed), when that reduces, add some lemon juice. When it's about done, add some butter to finish off the sauce
Step Three: Grill the Pork Chops
Step Four: Presentation with Side Dishes:
The sauce is over the pork chop and with a side of cheesy potatoes. Yum yum!
